Pack Consulting & Advisory began as an experiment in what advisory could look like without the machinery of a global firm. Our founders — veterans of technology, finance, and strategy — had each spent careers at the intersection of complex problems and consequential decisions. They had sat across from clients and known, more than once, that the advice being delivered was shaped as much by billable hours as by strategic truth.
